Experienced Medical Biller/Coder

MS Center Of Greater Washington is a leading healthcare provider specializing in MS and related neurological conditions. Tysons Therapeutics, PLLC also provides infusion therapy services. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and seamless billing processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team and support infusion billing operations.

The Medical Biller will be responsible for infusion billing, obtaining prior authorizations, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims. The ideal candidate will be proficient in eClinicalWorks (ECW) and possess a strong understanding of infusion-related billing codes and insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and submit infusion billing claims to insurance carriers and patients in a timely manner
• Obtain and verify prior authorizations for infusion therapies
• Review and resolve denied or rejected claims promptly
• Maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation
• Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) for billing, charting, and claim management
• Submit copay, coinsurance, and deductible to copay assistant programs

Qualifications:

• Experienced Medical Biller
• Proven experience in infusion billing and insurance authorization processes
• Proficient in eClinicalWorks (ECW) EHR systems is essential
• Strong understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding for infusion services
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with patients, providers, and insurers

Pay: $24.50 - $29.51 per hour
