- Prepare and submit claims using EMR and EHR systems, adhering to insurance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims through effective medical collection strategies, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities, coding updates, and correspondence related to insurance claims and patient accounts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical billing and coding within a healthcare setting, with familiarity using EMR/EHR systems.

- Proficiency in ICD-10, ICD-9 (if applicable), CPT coding, DRG assignment, and understanding of medical records management.
