This full-time Billing Manager / Revenue Cycle Supervisor role requires leadership in medical billing with hands-on eClinicalWorks experience and certified coding knowledge to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal reimbursement.
Responsibilities include overseeing the full revenue cycle, supervising billing staff, ensuring CPT/ICD-10 coding accuracy, monitoring KPIs, managing audits and appeals, conducting audits, delivering training, leading meetings, and collaborating with physicians and administration to optimize billing operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years progressive medical billing experience, including 2+ years supervisory or managerial
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent coding certification
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) and clearinghouse workflows
- In-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers, and payer billing rules
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OIG, CMS compliance related to billing and coding
Preferred:
- Experience with urology or surgical specialty billing
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and commercial payer requirements
- Audit preparation, payer contract interpretation, revenue integrity experience
