Medical Offices of Dr. Zahn is a fast-growing medical practice specializing in concierge medicine based in San Gabriel, CA. They are seeking a Medical Biller/Coder to join their team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in billing and coding and be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Duties include reviewing patient records for accuracy, verifying co-pays and co-insurance, preparing accurate charges and invoices for medical services, reviewing patient accounts for payment accuracy, preparing statements based on insurance payments, handling patient inquiries about billing, and performing related duties as assigned.
Prior experience with medical billing, coding, or insurance claims processing is preferred, as well as experience with pharmacy billing.
This is a part-time, in-person position based in San Gabriel, CA.
