This is a full-time, hybrid position located at UW Health N. Bell School Rd. Clinic, 3535 Bell School Rd, Rockford, IL.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM with no weekends or holidays.
Additional compensation may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay.

Post-secondary education or certification in medical coding, business, or health-related field required, or three years of experience in medical billing may substitute.
Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field preferred.
At least 1 year of coding or medical billing experience required.
Experience in an academic health system and with Epic applications preferred.
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification preferred.
