The Billing Special Project role supports both Billing and Collections departments by assisting with special projects such as reviewing and updating duplicate member accounts, insurance eligibility, and billing records.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of healthcare billing and coding support experience within home care services, effective communication skills, proficiency with EMR/EHR and related computer programs, and the ability to work independently and multi-task. Bilingual Spanish and Medical Biller/Coder certification are highly desired.
