This Medical Biller/Collector role requires a minimum of 2 years of medical billing experience, especially with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) billing. Insurance billing knowledge is a plus. The position involves billing, financial counseling, medical records management, collections, data entry, cash posting, and compliance with insurance policies. Additional duties may include light receptionist tasks and other assigned responsibilities.
Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, leadership and fast decision-making capabilities, superior customer service skills, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced team environment. A willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
