Medicare and Medicaid Biller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medicare and Medicaid Biller to join our healthcare billing team.

This is a remote role (Florida-based) with responsibilities including preparing and submitting Medicare and Medicaid claims, claims re-opening and appeals, follow-up on unpaid or denied claims, maintaining detailed records within EMR/EHR systems, and staying current with coding and regulatory updates.

You will be hired as a 1099 contractor working 25-30 hours per week from 8AM-2PM.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of Florida Medicare and Medicaid billing experience
• Experience with HHA, SNF, LTC
• Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) and/or ECW
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and claims resolution
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance
• Flexible and reliable team player
