We provide revenue cycle management services to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). You will be responsible for following up on all facility claims, tracking all aspects of the claim process until payment is issued including initial follow-up, rebilling rejections or denials, and submitting appeals.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow up on insurance portals or phone calls for claim status
- Monitor aging reports to identify outstanding claims
- Rebill claims as needed due to denials or rejections
- Submit appeals when necessary
- Maintain accurate and specific notes on each account for every follow-up
Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience in medical billing and insurance collections (SNF experience required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Adherence to time-sensitive billing policies per insurance plans
- Comfortable using billing platforms (Waystar, PointClickCare; Visual experience a plus)
- Compliance with HIPAA requirements

- Monday to Friday, either 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
