North Shore Pain Management has been providing professional and courteous healthcare to patients in the North Shore community since 2010. Our multidisciplinary team specializes in comprehensive treatment of acute and chronic pain, collaborating with major hospitals such as Mass General Brigham (Salem Hospital), Beth Israel Lahey Health, Tufts Medicine, and the New England Surgery Center to ensure patient care close to home and in-network.
We are seeking a Medical Biller for charge entry responsibilities utilizing EPIC software. Ideal candidates have experience in medical billing within the EPIC environment, familiarity with anesthesia/pain management billing is a plus. The role requires knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding, electronic claims submission, and insurer claim submission rules.
Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communicators who work well in teams. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Beverly, MA.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC Medical Billing preferred
- At least 1 year of experience with CPT coding (required)
- At least 1 year experience with ICD-10 coding (required)
- Experience in pain management/anesthesia billing preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow directions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
