Key Responsibilities:

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical coding including CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, DRG classifications, and ICD coding practices
- Proficiency in Medical billing processes within EMR/EHR systems and familiarity with medical records management
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards
- Experience in medical collection procedures and resolving claim denials efficiently
- Ability to navigate complex insurance policies and perform detailed claim audits to maximize reimbursements
- Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare teams
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and coding assignments
