Medical Biller ABA & Speech

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ABA Medical Biller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) billing and understands medical billing processes, insurance claims, and reimbursement procedures.

The ABA Medical Biller will be responsible for managing billing processes related to ABA services, ensuring accurate claim submission, insurance follow-up, and timely reimbursement. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of ABA billing codes, and experience working with insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

• Submit and manage ABA insurance claims accurately and on time
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for clients
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Work with ABA providers and clinical staff to ensure correct coding
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and billing guidelines
• Handle appeals and corrections for denied claims

Requirements:

• Experience in medical billing (ABA billing preferred)
• Certification in medical billing or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of ABA services and billing codes (CPT/HCPCS)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with billing software and insurance portals
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and insurance companies
