We are seeking a Medical Biller for medical supplies to join our team! As a Medical Biller, you will work closely with clients to answer billing questions, process forms for insurance billing, and collect necessary documentation. You'll assist other Medical Billers with follow-ups, communicate with physicians' offices and hospitals to obtain records, and accurately record patient information.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance claims (private insurance, Medicaid/Medicare), processing necessary insurance forms, helping patients navigate billing and insurance, working with doctors' offices and hospitals for charge and billing info, accurately entering billing and payment information, following up with clients and payments, answering phones, assisting clients, taking messages, screening calls, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications include strong customer service skills, prior medical coding or billing experience preferred, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
