The role supports the Cash Posting Manager with client call preparation, monitors client accounts, identifies workflow gaps, recommends improvements, and helps implement updated SOPs. Responsibilities also include supporting AR Specialists with workflow questions, training, performance monitoring, EFT payment setups, refund review and approval, and cross-training on systems to cover absences.
Requirements include 2-3 years of experience in medical billing/coding, collections, and medical insurance, plus experience with ambulatory surgery centers or medical practices. Candidates should have a professional attitude, high attention to detail, strong computer skills, and excellent communication.
