Medical Claims Biller and Bookkeeper

Mi Sueño Speech Therapy, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Accounting / Medical Claims Specialist to support daily financial, payroll, and revenue cycle operations in a high-volume medical practice.

Key responsibilities include processing payroll and timesheets, managing daily invoices with supporting documents (EOBs, eligibility confirmation), performing insurance eligibility and benefits verification, submitting daily insurance claims through clearinghouse systems like Office Ally, posting patient payments and reconciling accounts with QuickBooks Online, conducting daily Accounts Receivable reviews, investigating denials and payer discrepancies, maintaining organized billing records, and communicating with patients, payers, and staff.

Standard work schedules include Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with some Saturday coverage. This is an on-site role; remote work is not available.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, minimum one year experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or medical billing, knowledge of CPT codes, EOBs, insurance workflows, QuickBooks Online, and familiarity with clearinghouse systems. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
