We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our team! As a Medical Biller, you will work closely with clients to answer billing questions, process all necessary insurance billing forms, and collect required documentation. You will assist other Medical Billers with follow-up inquiries, communicate with physicians' offices and hospitals to obtain records, and accurately record patient information. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and comfort spending much of the day on the phone.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance claims through private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare, processing insurance forms, assisting patients in billing navigation, working with medical offices to gather charge and billing details, entering billing and payment information accurately, following up with clients and payments, answering phones, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills
Previous medical coding or billing experience desired
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
