P.M. Medical Billing is the largest national ophthalmology billing company, specializing in providing expert medical billing services to ophthalmologists across the country. We are rapidly growing and seek enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dependable full-time medical billers experienced in ophthalmology or other specialties. Candidates must have at least 1 year of medical billing experience; ophthalmology billing experience preferred. Strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and professionalism in communication with insurance companies, patients, and clients are required. Accuracy and speed in data entry are essential.

Experience with software such as Office Mate, ADS, Allscripts, Sammy, Centricity, MDIntellus, Office Ally, Medics, Ifa, Carecloud, Advanced MD, Nextech, Revolution, MD Office, Dr. Chrono, Apex, Medware, Medcomp, Management Plus, or Compulink is a plus.
This position requires in-person work at our Syosset, New York office with no remote work option.
- Minimum 1 year medical billing experience
- Preferred 1 year ophthalmology medical billing experience
