Established primary care practice seeking an experienced Medical Biller for a 25–35 hour/week in-office position.

Responsibilities:

Submit primary care claims accurately and timely
Post insurance and patient payments
Review, track, and resolve claim denials
Follow up on unpaid claims and aging reports
Communicate with insurance carriers as needed
Maintain accurate documentation within EMR

Qualifications:

Experience in primary care billing required
Strong knowledge of claim submission and denial management
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and payer guidelines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ideal candidate is efficient, proactive, and comfortable managing the full billing cycle in a busy primary care setting.
