We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our team! As a Medical Biller, you will work closely with clients to answer questions related to billing, process all forms needed for insurance billing purposes, and collect necessary documentation from clients. You will assist other Medical Billers with follow-up inquiries, communicate with physicians' offices and hospitals to obtain records, and accurately record patient information.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance claims through private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare, processing necessary insurance forms, helping patients navigate billing and insurance processes, collaborating with doctors' offices and hospitals for billing details, entering billing and payment information accurately, following up on clients and payments, answering phones, assisting clients with questions, taking messages, screening calls, and maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and comfort with phone communication throughout the day.
