Supervise all billing personnel to ensure timely and accurate processing of current and secondary medical charges across all locations. Ensure all charges are posted correctly and system edits are resolved promptly. Regularly review outstanding charges and communicate with facilities and staff to complete billing processes. Audit billing work, provide corrections, and retrain staff to maintain compliance with medical billing and payer guidelines. Evaluate performance of billing department staff members.

Requirements & Qualifications

Management experience preferred: minimum two years
Experience in coding and billing claims: minimum two years
Coding Certificate required
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
