Medical Biller/Credentialing Specialist

Kayal Medical Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller / Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to the financial health of the practice, focusing on full revenue cycle management, including specialty services such as biologics and infusion billing.

Responsibilities include managing full-cycle medical billing from front-end to back-end, submitting and tracking insurance claims accurately and timely, following up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals, posting payments, reconciling accounts, handling patient billing inquiries, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines, and optimizing reimbursement.

Specialty billing responsibilities cover biologics and infusion billing, prior authorizations, and ensuring proper coding and documentation with clinical staff.

Credentialing duties involve managing provider credentialing and recredentialing with insurance payers, maintaining CAQH profiles, tracking credentialing status, and liaising with insurance companies to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of medical billing experience
• Experience with credentialing and payer enrollment
• Strong knowledge of full revenue cycle management
• Experience with biologics and infusion billing highly preferred
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR system preferred
• Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
