We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to support our cardiology practice by ensuring accurate and timely claim submission across multiple service lines. This role involves managing billing for multiple providers, completing monthly program billing, and collaborating with staff to resolve issues and maintain efficient operations.

As a Medical Biller, you will ensure all claims are billed accurately and promptly across various services, manage billing for four providers, handle monthly program billing including Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), communicate with providers and staff to resolve billing issues, and maintain compliance with billing guidelines and payer requirements.

Daily duties include billing for office visits, echocardiograms, treadmill stress tests, EKGs, Holter & MCT monitoring, nuclear studies, pacemaker checks, ABI testing, lower extremity ultrasounds, KenCor RPM enrollment and billing, CCM billing, and loop procedures.

Shared responsibilities include assisting with insurance verifications, managing claims and billing folders, and providing patient support at the billing window and via phone.
