Nation's Best is a growing healthcare organization serving the Panama City area with Primary Care, Urgent Care, Behavioral Health, and Occupational Medicine services. We are seeking a Billing Specialist to oversee revenue cycle and support the Billing Director in claims processing, collections, and compliance.
Responsibilities include daily billing operations, accounts receivable management, denial resolution, performance reporting, regulatory compliance (HIPAA), and ensuring data integrity of patient and insurance information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on medical billing experience.
- Experience with EHR software (preference for eClinicalWorks).
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and ability to navigate payer portals.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to patient confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience).

Work Environment:
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, in-office (no remote).
