Gateway Medical Solutions, a rapidly growing medical billing company, is seeking an Experienced Billing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills, extensive billing experience, and a proven ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, certification, and performance. Pay rates are reviewed regularly to stay ahead of wage changes and market benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of medical billers across various specialties.
Oversee day-to-day billing operations including claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
Provide exceptional support to clients, physicians, and their office staff.
Train and mentor new and existing billing team members.
Assist with onboarding new clients and integrating them into our systems and workflows.
Ensure compliance with all billing regulations and payer guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required.
Proficiency in AR follow-up, full-cycle billing, and problem-solving for claim issues.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a medical billing company.
Hands-on experience in Pain Management, Neonatology, Physical Therapy, and other specialties.
