We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our team! As a Medical Biller, you will work closely with clients to answer billing-related questions, process all necessary forms for insurance billing, and collect required documentation from clients. Responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance claims for private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare, processing insurance forms, aiding patients in navigating billing and insurance, coordinating with physicians' offices and hospitals to obtain billing details, accurately entering billing and payment information, following up with clients and payments, answering phones, assisting clients, taking messages, and screening calls, while maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, previous experience in medical coding or billing is desired, and they must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
