IntegraMed Orthopedics & Spine is seeking an experienced in-house Revenue Cycle Manager / Senior Medical Biller to oversee billing for our Orthopedic/Spine patients.
This role is responsible for the full revenue cycle, including claim accuracy, collections, and accounts receivable management across Commercial, Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury (PIP/LOP) cases.
Responsibilities include managing full revenue cycle from claim creation to final payment, reviewing and scrubbing claims prior to submission, tracking outstanding claims, handling denials and appeals, posting payments, processing EFTs, managing accounts receivable across various payers, maintaining PIP logs and legal settlements, generating cost letters, monitoring patient statements, identifying missing encounters, billing surgical consults, monitoring insurance portals, providing monthly reporting, communicating billing performance to leadership, and assisting with billing-related communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years medical billing experience
- Strong Personal Injury (PIP/LOP) billing experience
- Experience with Workers’ Compensation billing
- Experience with Commercial and Medicare claims
- Ability to manage accounts receivable independently
- Strong understanding of denials, appeals, and payer guidelines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
Preferred:
- Orthopedic or surgical practice experience
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Multi-location practice experience

Compensation: $24–$28 per hour based on experience. Opportunity for growth based on performance.
