Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to clarify billing issues. Ensure compliance with medical billing regulations and privacy laws. Reconcile accounts receivable and generate reports to monitor billing performance.

Qualifications:

Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred. Proficiency with EHR systems and medical billing software tools.
