We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Collections Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Team at Northridge Pain Management Specialists. This full-time, in-office position requires a professional who can effectively generate revenue through ethical billing and collection practices.
Responsibilities include preparing and submitting patient bills for insurance and private pay, acting as an intermediary between patients and health insurance carriers, handling billing and collections for various insurance companies, processing claim denials, and preparing insurance claim appeal letters. You will also assist the Financial Services Manager in contacting patients regarding owed monies, perform claims charge entry, post payments, and maintain confidentiality in adherence to HIPAA and other regulations.
The position involves working in a fast-paced environment requiring outstanding organizational skills and excellent verbal communication. Experience with eClinicalWorks is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years medical collections experience preferred
