The Billing Specialist role is 100% remote and involves processing home infusion medical claims with accuracy and timeliness to reduce denials, days sales outstanding (DSO), and bad debt. Key duties include creating and submitting medical, pharmacy, and third-party claims, resolving rejected claims, maintaining billing records, documenting account activity in CareTend, and contributing to training and process improvement initiatives.
Applicants should have 2-5 years of home infusion billing or collections experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of billing processes and payer interactions, organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office and pharmacy applications, and the ability to work independently remotely. Experience in an infusion suite is a plus.

- 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
- High School Diploma with additional specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections
