CPA Medical Billing, a division of GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, is seeking experienced Medical Billing Specialists to support revenue cycle management for provider practices. This full-time role involves researching and resolving aged accounts receivable, verifying eligibility, processing self-pay accounts, managing appeals, documenting activities, and collaborating closely with coding teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Responsibilities include working aged AR by payer, resolving rejections promptly, verifying eligibility, investigating and resolving credit balances, initiating and tracking payer-specific appeals, meeting productivity and quality goals, and supporting team knowledge sharing. The role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and adherence to payer guidelines and company protocols.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years full-time medical billing experience, availability Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, and preferably experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and completion of a medical billing/coding program or certification.

- Strong independent work ethic in a high-volume environment
