Senior Billing Associate

M&D Capital is a leading third-party Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management company serving clients across the United States. They specialize in out-of-network surgical claims and ensure maximum reimbursement for their clients. This full-time, in-person position is located in Queens, New York.

The Senior Billing Associate – Enterprise Accounts is responsible for managing front-end billing operations for high-volume, complex enterprise clients. This includes managing full-cycle claim intake through charge release, executing billing activities across multiple systems, coordinating with account managers and AR teams, supporting account setup and maintenance, resolving complex billing issues, monitoring workflow queues, recommending process improvements, partnering with coding teams, assisting with client requests, ensuring SLA adherence, and mentoring junior billing associates.

Qualifications include over 3 years of medical billing or revenue cycle experience, strong understanding of billing workflows, experience with high-volume accounts, ability to manage multiple systems, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Preferred experience includes supporting enterprise or multi-location clients, familiarity with billing systems and EHR platforms (e.g., Epic), and experience mentoring junior staff.
