Angels Neurological is seeking a Full-Time Senior Financial Associate to assist in medical billing, payroll, and financial operations for our growing neurology practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with healthcare finance experience who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee medical billing and revenue cycle operations.
- Process and reconcile insurance claims, payments, denials, and adjustments.
- Handle payroll processing, reporting, and compliance.
- Monitor accounts receivable and improve collection performance.
- Prepare financial reports for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, payroll, and accounting regulations.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows.
- Support budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years experience in healthcare finance, medical billing, or payroll.
- Strong understanding of insurance billing, CPT/ICD coding, and reimbursement workflows.
- Experience with payroll systems and financial software.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive financial data.
