We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Insurance Biller to join our growing hearing healthcare practice. This role is responsible for managing insurance claims, billing processes, and reimbursement follow-up related to hearing aids, audiology services, and patient care. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of medical billing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping patients navigate their insurance benefits.
Responsibilities include submitting and tracking insurance claims for hearing aids and audiology testing, verifying patient insurance eligibility and prior authorization requirements, following up on unpaid or denied claims, communicating with insurance carriers about claim status and reimbursement issues, working closely with patients to explain benefits and payment options, posting payments, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate billing records, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA, and collaborating with staff to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
Previous experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management is preferred, especially with hearing aids, audiology, ENT or specialty healthcare billing. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and insurance claim processes is required. Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills are needed. Proficiency with billing software and EHR is important.

- Previous experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or revenue cycle management preferred
