Medical Billing Specialist

Heart Institute of Brownsville is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our team.

Duties include:

• Posting Claims and Posting Payments
• Obtaining Authorizations
• Working on rejections and appealing denials
• Answering patient phone calls regarding balances
• Multitasking and prioritizing tasks
• Dependability
• Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time position. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm; Sundays closed.
