As a Medical Billing Specialist, you will be a critical problem solver and detail-oriented individual responsible for verifying patient insurance, collecting payments, educating patients on insurance benefits, sending statements, following up on unpaid balances, setting up payment plans, applying discounts, posting insurance payments, and assisting patient coordinators and the billing department with administrative and billing tasks.

This role requires at least one year of medical office experience with payment collection and insurance experience.
