We are seeking a Medical & Vision Biller to join our team! As a Medical/Vision Biller, you will work closely with clients to answer billing questions, process insurance billing forms, and collect necessary documentation from clients. You will assist other Medical Billers with follow-up inquiries, communicate with physicians' offices and hospitals to obtain records, and accurately record patient information. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and comfort with phone communication throughout the day.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance claims for private insurance, Medicaid/Medicare, and vision insurance, processing necessary insurance forms, helping patients navigate billing and insurance processes, working with medical offices and hospitals for charge and billing information, accurate billing and payment data entry, following up with clients on payments, phone assistance, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications include strong customer service, preferred previous experience with medical coding or billing, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
