POST Rehabilitation and Wellness is an outpatient therapy clinic providing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services. The Outpatient Therapy Biller will capture, bill, and collect outpatient therapy and rehabilitation claims to Private, Medicare B, and Med B Advantage Plans. This role supports multiple outpatient therapy clinics and their directors for accurate billing practices and timely accounts receivable collections.
The position involves ensuring coding accuracy of billable items according to outpatient therapy rehabilitation standards, researching clinical documentation and payer information, billing Medicare and Med Advantage part B claims, verifying patient eligibility and authorizations, collecting patient responsibility amounts, and communicating billing practices and revenue metrics across multiple locations.
The work schedule is full-time with flexible hours to support work-life balance. This position is based out of the Dallas Service Center in Dallas, TX; remote work is not offered.
Qualifications include 1+ year experience with Medicare B billing, knowledge of CPT coding, proficiency with billing clearinghouses, experience using systems like Waystar or Therapy Source is a plus, strong organizational and communication skills, and compliance with state and Medicare billing regulations.

- Minimum 1 year experience with Medicare B billing and eligibility recognition
- Experience with billing clearinghouses required
- Knowledge of CPT coding procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel; experience with Waystar, NextHealth, Therapy Source, Rev Springs/Loyal or Point Click Care is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, able to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Medicare and state regulatory billing requirements
