Claims Coordinator Medical Claims Processing

We are seeking a skilled Claims Coordinator – Medical Claims Processing to join our client’s team, one of the US’s largest security companies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Execute client setup activities using Salesforce (shared queue)
  • Track tasks using Salesforce Implementation Tracker (Project Management tool)
  • Perform benefit setup validation in Facets system and report discrepancies
  • Manage client portal access setup, including communication and tracking
  • Monitor shared Outlook mailbox for incoming documents
  • Review membership documents (Excel/Word) for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate required corrections for successful enrolment processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Medium to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., OneDrive)
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple systems
  • Strong data entry experience (preferred)
  • Ability to clearly communicate issues, findings, and resolutions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Highly adaptable and quick learner
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable handling large volumes of data with accuracy
  • Effective communicator with problem-solving ability

Work Requirements:

  • Must have adequate Work From Home (WFH) setup
  • Must follow all Luxottica remote work protocols
  • $2000 equipment fee applicable if equipment is not returned
