We are seeking a skilled Claims Coordinator – Medical Claims Processing to join our client’s team, one of the US’s largest security companies.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Execute client setup activities using Salesforce (shared queue)
- Track tasks using Salesforce Implementation Tracker (Project Management tool)
- Perform benefit setup validation in Facets system and report discrepancies
- Manage client portal access setup, including communication and tracking
- Monitor shared Outlook mailbox for incoming documents
- Review membership documents (Excel/Word) for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate required corrections for successful enrolment processing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Medium to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in Outlook
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., OneDrive)
- Ability to multi-task across multiple systems
- Strong data entry experience (preferred)
- Ability to clearly communicate issues, findings, and resolutions

Work Requirements:
