Our growing emergency medicine and urgent care organization is seeking a highly experienced Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle professional to help lead and optimize billing operations across multiple clinical sites.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with deep expertise who understands the full revenue cycle from front-end registration through collections, denial management, coding optimization, payer strategy, and financial reporting.
Ideal candidates should have strong experience with:
- Emergency medicine and/or urgent care billing
- Physician and facility claims
- Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payers
- Denial reduction and appeals
- First-pass pay rate optimization
- Days in A/R management
- Coding/documentation improvement
- KPI dashboard reporting and analytics
- Scaling billing operations for multi-site growth
- Working closely with physicians, operations, and executive leadership
Experience with freestanding EDs, hospital-based emergency medicine, AI-assisted billing workflows, or RCM operational leadership is strongly preferred.

- Extensive experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management, especially in emergency medicine or urgent care settings
