We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Billing Coordinator to support our growing practice. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and being a key player in ensuring patients—and providers—have a seamless experience.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of patient and administrative coordination, helping bridge communication between patients, providers, and billing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Track and manage active patient cases
- Assist in setting up new cases and gathering necessary documentation
- Monitor case progress and follow up at key intervals
- Coordinate with billing, coding, and clinical teams to ensure accuracy
- Support claims processing, rebills, and reporting for discrepancies
- Communicate with patients regarding benefits and financial responsibility
- Assist with follow-ups on outstanding balances and case updates
- Help identify missed opportunities or errors that impact revenue
- Provide administrative support for case settlements and documentation
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines
Strong communication skills (both with patients and internal teams)
Problem-solver mindset with a willingness to learn
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with medical billing, insurance, or case management
- Familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Healthcare or administrative background
This position plays a critical role in:
