Advanced Rx Management, a pharmaceutical services company headquartered in Sunrise, FL, is seeking a results-driven Reimbursement Specialist to manage the full revenue cycle for Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury prescription claims. This role requires ownership of a defined book of business to efficiently resolve claims, minimize AR aging, identify denial trends, and improve cash flow. Responsibilities include managing billing and collections lifecycle, analyzing payment discrepancies, submitting appeals, reviewing claim accuracy including ICD-10 coding, identifying denial patterns, and communicating with insurance carriers and legal entities. The position operates onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Minimum 2 years of medical billing and collections experience preferred, with strong knowledge of EOB interpretation, ICD-10 coding, denial management, and Workers’ Compensation billing strongly preferred. Proven experience in appeals and insurance carrier follow-up, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple accounts, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
