Urology Associates of Mobile, PA is seeking a Medical Billing Supervisor to oversee billing practices for managed clinic locations in Georgia and South Carolina. This full-time role involves managing a team of approximately seven staff members including Charge Reps, Posting Reps, A/R Specialists, and Patient Collections Reps.
Responsibilities include attending weekly management meetings, creating and implementing billing protocols, documenting billing issues for research and correction, providing guidance on billing and patient collection inquiries, reviewing claims denials and collection balances, and supporting management as needed.
