Marcam Associates is hiring multiple accounts receivable representatives to act as a patient advocate for hospitals nationwide. Our ideal applicants should have positive, kind personalities and find pleasure helping others. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but all new hires are thoroughly trained to grow their healthcare industry knowledge and customer service skills. Additionally, we offer Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist Certifications through AAHAM and opportunities to advance within Marcam Associates.

Candidates should be comfortable being on the phone all day communicating with patients to assist them in resolving outstanding bills with hospitals and other medical facilities.

The position offers full-time, 40 hours/week schedule Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts, with hybrid remote work starting immediately after first day. Work location is one office in Rochester, NH, or remote.
