VibrantCare is seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our Central Billing Office Team in Sugar Land. This role involves leading the AR Department by example through training and daily positive interaction as well as performing daily AR Specialist tasks. The department focuses on resolving all outstanding claims, providing exceptional customer service to providers, payers, employees, and patients.
Key responsibilities include supervising and managing the AR department, distributing work, acting as a liaison for policies and procedures, training and developing personnel, implementing goals and operating standards, analyzing productivity, monitoring issues, conducting performance reviews, auditing accounts, following up on overdue balances, filing insurance claims, and managing payment plans with patients.
VibrantCare Rehab operates outpatient rehabilitation and therapy facilities across Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas, and Washington, focused on outstanding clinical care and excellent customer service.
- Minimum 1 year of medical billing leadership experience.
- Minimum 1 year of medical accounts receivable experience.
- Experience supervising 4-6 employees.
- Ability to read EOBs, follow up on claims, file appeals, and use insurance portals.
- Commercial insurance collections experience, with 75% or more of daily tasks.
