Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Revenue Cycle Collections Specialist to join our corporate office in Addison, TX. This onsite position will eventually transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely adjudication of third-party claims submitted to insurance carriers to increase cash collections and reduce aging in third-party accounts receivable.
Key responsibilities include analyzing claim payments, following up with insurance carriers, resolving claim issues, submitting appeals, managing payer correspondence, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and maintaining thorough documentation in the electronic health records system. Collaboration with internal teams and leadership within revenue cycle management is essential.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach to handle Medicaid, Commercial, and Managed Care payers effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare industry
