- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures including word processing, managing files, designing forms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work under strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
