Claims Specialist I

Action Behavior Centers is a community-focused organization providing behavior therapy and consultative services specializing in autism spectrum disorders across Arizona, Texas, and Colorado. The Claims Specialist I will join the Revenue Cycle Management-Billing department to ensure accurate, effective, and efficient follow-up on claims and audits.

Responsibilities include performing follow-up activities on timesheet audits, resolving claims promptly, prioritizing work efficiently, and contributing to team efforts. Training is provided, but candidates should be motivated, detail-oriented self-starters.

Qualifications include 1-2 years of RBT experience, prior remote work experience preferred, medical record/auditing experience highly preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite, and experience with CentralReach.

Critical traits are strong independence, ability to handle multiple priorities remotely, clear communication, team player mentality, and strong attention to detail.
