Libertana is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Managed Care Reconciliation & Payments Specialist to support the organization’s complex healthcare payment model. This role focuses on reconciling managed care payments, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accurate payment flows between health plans and facilities.

Responsibilities include reconciling payments from managed care plans against expected amounts, investigating discrepancies between claims, remittances, and submitted invoices, identifying and resolving underpayments and missing payments, following up with team members to resolve payment issues, supporting accurate facility payment disbursements, collaborating with billing, operations, and support teams, maintaining documentation for audit and compliance, analyzing trends, and escalating systemic issues.

Must have 2 to 5+ years in healthcare billing, managed care, or reconciliation, strong understanding of managed care payment models, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and investigative mindset, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical requirements include frequent use of computer, telephone, and keyboard (up to 75% of the time), close vision requirements due to computer work, and light to moderate lifting may be required.
