Lumexa Imaging, a leading provider of outpatient medical imaging services across 13 states, is seeking an AR Resolution Associate to join their Revenue Cycle Management team. This fully remote role operates Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving claim issues by following up directly with commercial and governmental payers to ensure timely and appropriate reimbursement. Your responsibilities will include examining unpaid and denied claims, filing appeals, documenting activities, identifying denial root causes, and collaborating with management to improve accounts receivable processes.
Ideal candidates have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong verbal communication skills. Experience with medical collections or professional billing, knowledge of claims review and revenue cycle processes, and familiarity with medical terminology and insurance claim terminology are preferred.
- High School Diploma required
