We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist with a patient-centered focus to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Responsibilities include performing thorough dental cleanings and examinations, assessing oral health, educating patients on oral hygiene, maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA, utilizing dental software (e.g., Denticon), collaborating with dentists on treatment plans, managing office cleanliness and organization, reviewing patient documentation, and staying current with dental hygiene practices and technologies.
A valid Dental Hygienist license is required. Previous experience in a dental office, familiarity with medical coding and documentation review, knowledge of dental anatomy, and dental assisting experience are preferred.
This is a full-time or part-time position with a base hourly rate of $40-$45, plus variable compensation. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, and paid time off.
Work location is in person in Collinsville, Virginia.
